Terms according to the By-Laws
After each term, the board member will be voted to a three year term, so the rotation will continue.

Teach me, O Lord, to follow your decrees; then I will keep them to the end.  Give me understanding, and I will keep your law and obey it with all of my heart.  Direct me in the path of your commands, for there I find delight.  Turn my heart toward your statutes and not toward selfish gain. Psalm 119:33-36

Board of Directors
The FLCA directors consist of business, education, and religious leaders who were brought together by God for the purpose of opening a secondary school in the North Washington Pennsylvania area.  The FLCA members are excited about the way the Lord has brought them together. The diversity of their backgrounds in the educational field covers the necessary areas for running an advanced technological program.
